Creating an inclusive community where everyone belongs is all of our responsibility.
The University is engaging in a program of work to address structural barriers to belonging and to encourage kindness and inclusive behaviours 鈥 to 鈥淏e a Better Human鈥. We are undertaking deep engagement with students and staff to better understand experiences of racism and exclusion, and to invite input for initiatives that strengthen cultural inclusion and racial literacy, opportunities to celebrate the diversity of our community, and programs that build capability for inclusive leadership and respectful behaviour. This process will lead to the development of a 91色情片 Anti-Racism and Anti-Discrimination Plan.
