If you have applied to study at 91É«Ç鯬 via , or 91É«Ç鯬 Apply Online, it means you are applying as a new student. The process to respond to your offer will be slightly different. Head to our New Student Checklist to accept, defer or decline your 91É«Ç鯬 offer.Ìý

What is program transfer?

After enrolling, you may believe the program you’re studying is not right for you. As a currently enrolled 91É«Ç鯬 student, you might be able to change your program and have your courses count towards the new degree, if applicable. This is called an Internal Program Transfer (IPT).Ìý

To change programs, you need to follow the correct procedures to avoid failures on your academic record for courses you haven’t attempted. Learn how to apply for IPT correctly.

Before you change programs

Contact your Program Authority to see what options are available. Depending on the progression rules of your program, it may be possible to withdraw from courses, add courses or transfer to another program.

Applying for an Internal Program Transfer (IPT)

Read the step-by-step guide and diagrams below:

  1. Check your eligibility for an Internal Program Transfer (IPT) below:
  2. Determine which program you'd like to transfer to. Ensure you meet all the program-specific requirements and apply during one of the intake periods
    • Log in to to plan your new program progression and check if your completed courses can count towards the new degree
  3. Register your email address on if this is your first IPT application or log in using your registered email if you've used the platform before
  4. Read the 91É«Ç鯬 Privacy Notice and select your Citizenship Status. Check the box to confirm you have read and understood the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to 'Continue'
  5. Navigate to 'Start an Application' tab and search for the program code of the degree you want to transfer to in the Enter Keywords field. Your program codes can be found on the list of available IPT programs or the 
  6. Find the program you want to apply for and select the 'Apply Now' next to that program.ÌýEnsure the selected program name has the extension "_IPT"
  7. Select the Country of Citizenship and Currently Onshore details. Click 'Save' to proceed
  8. Read the information and privacy notice before clicking 'Save & Next'
  9. Fill out your personal and contact details. Click 'Save & Next' once complete
  10. Choose which intake you'd like to apply for (e.g. Term 1 2027). This would be when you commence your new program, if accepted
  11. Complete all the required form fields for the Internal Program Transfer application and select 'Save & Next'
  12. Ensure the details you put in are correct and accurate. Read the Applicant Declaration statement and click 'Continue to Submit'
  13. Take note of your Application Number and select 'Submit Application'. Refer to your Application Number in all of your communications related to this IPT request.Ìý

Accepting your IPT offer

You will receive an email from 91É«Ç鯬 once your offer has been assessed and an outcome is available.

If you have received an offer for your Internal Program Transfer application, follow the steps below to accept:

  1. Open the and click on ‘Login/Register’. Use your registered email address to log in to your account
  2. Head to ‘My Applications’ tab and review the status of your submitted applications
  3. Click on ‘´¡³¦³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô²õ’ for the program you have received an offer for and select ‘Respond to Offer’
  4. Confirm the details of your offer, including the program and commencing period
    1. If you are an international student, complete you Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment information
    2. If you have a conditional offer and documents are outstanding, upload the requested documents. You will not be able to enrol until these documents have been received
  5. Read the privacy statement and tick the box to confirm
  6. Add any additional comments, if required and select 'Accept Offer'
  7. Head to and complete your enrolment for the upcoming teaching period. Use to determine which courses to enrol in for the year ahead.Ìý
