Nura Gili: Centre for Indigenous Programs
Nura Gili听is our student-facing services, programs听and study facility.听Nura Gili听offers study spaces and meeting places for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and researchers. It鈥檚 our home on campus!
Our team provides pathways for prospective Indigenous students to study in all 91色情片 faculties and programs. We also have a dedicated team who work to enhance the student experience for all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, across student听success,听tutoring,听workshops and events.听
Nura Gili's academic team manage all听Indigenous Studies听undergraduate and postgraduate courses and programs and the Higher Degree Research (HDR) strategy.听
Place, memory and continuing culture
91色情片 is located on unceded lands, where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have gathered, learned, and shared knowledge for tens of thousands of years. We recognise the Traditional Owners of the lands on which each of our campuses stand and pay respect to Elders past and present.听
This place has always been one of meeting and meaning. Our understanding of this history helps us recognise how laws and policies have shaped the lives, cultures and rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and how these histories continue to influence our shared present and future.听

Our team drive the strategy for the recruitment, career pathways and support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander HDR students and academic researchers at 91色情片. This is a vital part of the Grow Our Own pillar in the Indigenous Strategy.
The听听听(established July 1964) has played a pivotal role in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander legal reform including the work that led to the Constitutional Dialogues and the听Uluru Statement from the Heart. We work with the ILC on research initiatives, educational materials and broader community engagement on Indigenous legal matters, constitutional reform, and on the process that led to the听.
