What is the Girls in Business Camp?

The 2026 Girls in Business (GiB) Camp is a four-day immersive experience designed for female high school students in Years 10 – 12 across NSW who are curious about their future in business.

This year, we’re going further.

With the rapid rise of artificial intelligence transforming industries, the 2026 camp is focused on building future-ready skills,Ìýequipping students with the mindset, confidence, and capabilities to thrive in an AI-driven world.

Delivered by 91É«Ç鯬 Business School in collaboration with industry partners, the GIB Camp gives students a real-world glimpse into what university life is like and the potential career pathway that are open to them:

Across four dynamic days, (13 – 16 July 2026) students will explore how these disciplines are evolving through technology, data, and innovation while connecting with inspiring role models and like-minded peers.ÌýParticipants will gain an in-depth understanding of these fields and learn from inspiring female-identifying role models while exploring what life as a 91É«Ç鯬 Business School student could be like.

Whether you already love business—or are just starting to explore your options—this camp is designed to help you see what’s possible.

What’s new in 2026?

Based on overwhelming student feedback, the camp has been extended to four days—giving you more time to explore, connect, and build your skills.

We’re also expanding our academic offering to include Accounting, Auditing and Taxation for the first time, reflecting the growing importance of financial literacy, governance, and data-driven decision-making in modern business.

When is it?

📅 Monday 13 July – Thursday 16 July 2026
📍 91É«Ç鯬 Sydney Kensington Campus + selected industry locations

The program runs across four consecutive days during the July school holidays. All catering (morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea) is provided throughout the camp.

What will you do?

Day 1 – Discover & Connect

  • Explore the future of work and hear from industry
  • Get your first look at a real-world business challenge

Day 2 – Deep Dive Learning

  • Experience university-style sessions across different business areas
  • Build new skills and start shaping your team’s ideas

Day 3 – Explore Industry

  • Off campus Industry sight visits in Sydney CBD
  • Go behind the scenes at leading organisations
  • See how AI and innovation are used in a real-world settingÌý

Day 4 – Create & Present

  • Bring your ideas to life
  • Pitch your solution in a case competition finale

Who can attend?

This program is open to female students in Years 10, 11 or 12 in New South Wales who are interested in exploring a future in business.

You don’t need to have everything figured out, just curiosity and a willingness to learn. (Studying mathematics is recommended, but not required.)

Cost

This camp is free to attend.ÌýPlaces are limited and highly competitive.ÌýRegistraions will open in May 2026.Ìý

Please note: By registering you are confirming your spot for the full four-day Girls in Business Camp, and you agree that you can make your own way to and from campus for the full four days.
