Thanisandra is a good option for first-year or interstate university students, especially if you want to live close to campus while still having access to cafés, supermarkets, gyms, food delivery and everyday services.
Nagavara is a commercially active area that is immediately adjacent to Manyata. Depending on where you live, you may be able to reach campus by short walk or a quick ride within 20 minutes.
There’re plenty of accommodation options designed for people who work and study at Manyata, including PG accommodation, coliving spaces and female-only PGs. Â
Nagavara is a practical option if your priority is being as close to campus as possible. When choosing accommodation, look for properties near active streets, main roads or well-reviewed managed housing providers.
Hebbal is a good option if you are looking for a more established residential environment and have a higher budget. The area has better urban infrastructure, more premium apartment options and a strong community vibe.
Hebbal is well-connected to the 91É«Ç鯬 Bengaluru campus by public transport, with a typical 30 to 50-minute bus ride depending on where you live. There’re also shopping complexes and major hospitals nearby, making it a good option if you’ll be living with family or plan to share an apartment with friends.
