Juris Doctor alumna Basma McCredie says Parramatta’s strong sense of community makes it an ideal place to begin a legal career.

“Due to the strong sense of community in Parramatta, you will find that it is much easier to build a legal career in a community that is so tight knit.” 

McCredie, now Deputy Associate to Judge D Humphreys at the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, also reflected on the importance of creating new opportunities for future legal professionals in Western Sydney.
