Description

BiaCore S200 uses an optical technique, surface plasmon resonance (SPR), to measure label-free detection of small molecule/protein/peptide/antibody interactions. The system has four channels and is capable of auto-sampling.

  • Analyte concentration: 0.01 – 100x KD (0.1 – 10x KD)
  • Data acquisition rate: 1-40 Hz
  • Sample and Reagent volume: varies by flow rate and injection time
  • KD range: pM to mM
