I am a Laureate postdoctoral fellow at the Kaldor Centre's Evacuations Research Hub. I teach and conduct research in public international law, specialising in international disaster law, international humanitarian law, and human rights law. My research centres around humanitarian and human rights issues arising during emergencies, with a particular interest in how international law can contribute to the protection of persons in the event of disasters.
