Who we are
The Flow Cytometry Facility offers high-end instrumentation, specialised expertise and research support for cell and particle analysis and sorting across a broad range of biological and environmental applications. Our capabilities include multiparameter analysis of conventional and spectral flow cytometry, high-throughput analysis, image-enabled flow cytometry, cell sorting, dynamic light scattering (DLS), nanoparticle tracking analysis, automated single-cell and colony picking, and deformability cytometry. We support researchers with experimental design, panel development, instrument training, data acquisition and analysis.

Cell Sorter enables high-performance analysis and precise cell sorting, supporting advanced research and clinical applications.

Rapid and multiparametric analysis of particlesÌýwith up to 62Ìýfluorescent parameters ranging from 355nm - 800nm. Sample uptake options include 96 well plate loading on HTS. It detects characteristics such as size, granularity, and fluorescence to provide insights into cell populations and their functions.

Measures the size distribution, concentration, and zeta potential of particles in a solution by analyzing light scattering caused by their Brownian motion or migration under an electric field.
