Our Aims

°Õ³ó±ðÌýSexual Misconduct Prevention and Response Policy seeks to prevent sexual misconduct and offer respectful strategies to assist students and staff members when an incident does occur.

1. Offer students and staff detailed support to help them understand what options are available when an incident does occur
2. Reduce the incidence of sexual misconduct at 91É«ÇéƬ by learning from reports about areas or activities of heightened risk

If a reported incident involves a 91É«ÇéƬ student or staff member and occurred online, on campus, in 91É«ÇéƬ student accommodation or during a 91É«ÇéƬ activity such as a field trip or placement, we may be able to consider an investigation under relevant 91É«ÇéƬ policies and procedures. In very serious cases, we may have a duty to tell the Police about the incident.
