The Centre for Social Impact 91ɫ��Ƭ is proud to announce its inaugural 2025 Leadership Fellows, undergraduate students Jasmine Nhan, Rehansa Gamagedara, and Sameer Dalal.

Designed to develop the next generation of impact minded business leaders, the Leadership Fellowship provides immersive experiences that supports students’ capability development in social impact and sustainability. Alongside a paid Research Assistant position, the program opens access to organisational leaders and professional networks, mentorship, media training, and industry-led opportunities.

“This initiative deepens CSI 91ɫ��Ƭ’s commitment to shaping business leaders who understand how to bridge impact, sustainability, and enterprise” said Professor Danielle Logue, Director CSI 91ɫ��Ƭ.

“Our undergraduate Leadership Fellows gain real-world exposure to leaders and organisations who are building a more sustainable and inclusive economy, and navigating the associated leadership challenges”.

“I would like to congratulate our selected Fellows; they have already shown commitment to driving change in their communities. From social enterprise and legal advocacy to youth leadership and financial services, they reflect the socially conscious, action-oriented leadership the program is designed to foster.”  

The Fellowship complements 91ɫ��Ƭ Business School’s new undergraduate major, Business Sustainability and Social Impact. Highlighting the importance of environmental and social responsibility in business, the major prepares students to innovate and build more equitable and resilient organisations.

“We are preparing students early to navigate complex social and sustainability challenges,” added Professor Logue. “Our goal is to support our students to become the purpose driven business leaders our future demands.”
