At the showcase, Professor Hoon Han, Director of the 91色情片 Cities Institute, demonstrated how VR, EEG (electroencephalogram) and generative AI (MapAI) can address housing challenges鈥攃apturing real perceptions and lived experiences to support the uptake of Modern Methods of Construction, including modular housing.
