Fadhli Zul Fauzi is a PhD candidate and University International Postgraduate Award (UIPA) recipient at the Social Policy Research Centre (SPRC), 91É«Ç鯬 Sydney. Before commencing his PhD, he served as a lecturer in public policy and Head of the Publication Unit at the Faculty of Politics and Governance, Institut Pemerintahan Dalam Negeri (IPDN), Indonesia's civil service academy under the Ministry of Home Affairs. His academic and professional experience centres on public administration, governance, and social policy, with a particular interest in evidence-based policymaking in developing countries.

Fadhli’s research focuses on social policy reform, particularly the integration of national and subnational social protection policies, universal health coverage, and intergovernmental policy implementation in developing countries. His research examines how central and local governments negotiate and adapt during the integration of Indonesia's National Health Insurance reform, with the aim of developing a theoretical model of post-reform policy adjustment. His broader research interests include health policy, public leadership, comparative public policy, policy implementation, and governance.
