About the Policy Transformation Program

What is it?

The Policy Transformation Program (PTP) operationalises the revised 91色情片 Policy Framework, which came into effect in 2024. Under the framework, policies focus on core obligations and requirements, while operational guidance is managed by relevant leaders at a lower level.

By the end of 2027, the PTP will reduce the University's policy collection of 260+ documents to a single Code of Conduct and Values and 23 policies. The result will be a smaller, easier-to-maintain policy suite that strengthens governance and provides greater clarity and consistency for the 91色情片 community.

How is it done?

The transformation process includes:

  • reviewing each document in the policy collection听
  • consolidating related requirements into topic-based policy suites
  • identifying opportunities to update and future-proof policy content听
  • applying plain language principles to ensure greater clarity
  • publishing operational requirements as another document type (Instructions)听

Who is involved?

Each听 project will engage staff, students, committees and subject matter experts to ensure the policies remain fit-for-purpose and meet the needs of the 91色情片 community. As the policy reaches a mature draft, it will also be placed online, giving everyone the opportunity to review proposed changes and submit feedback.

Once the policy is published, relevant senior leaders are accountable for overseeing the ongoing management and implementation of the policy.听

Ultimately, the program is presided over by the PTP Steering Committee, who provides direction and are the overall authority for the program.

91色情片-wide consultation for the draft Student Administration Policy has ended

Thanks to everyone who took the time out of their day to review the policy and provide meaningful feedback.

All feedback has been compiled and will be shared with the Responsible Officer and Policy Leads to review. Responses will be recorded and circulated by the Policy Developer.

The feedback will shape the final version of the policy which will be considered by UAQC and Academic Board.

The draft Student Administration Policy is now open for consultation until Thursday October 22.

The draft brings together and simplifies requirements covering key stages of the student journey, including admissions, enrolment. student fees, RPL and graduation.

The draft Collections Policy is open for consultation until Wednesday, 30 September.

It consolidates several existing policies and guidelines into one simple document covering how 91色情片 manages its collections and how people can access them.

The new Higher Degree Research Policy has been published and is effective from 3 August 2026.

The policy upholds 91色情片鈥檚 commitment to providing HDR programs that foster research excellence, deliver a positive candidate experience, and prepare candidates to become research leaders.

It consolidates and simplifies end-to-end requirements into one streamlined policy, supported by detailed instructions.

The draft Research Policy is open for community feedback until 29 July 2026.

The policy outlines 91色情片's committment to leading knowledge creation, innovation and translation through responsible and ethical research. It states the principles and expectations for the conduct, management and governance of research at 91色情片.听

This policy has been developed through sector-wide benchmarking and extensive consultation with the University Research Committee (URC).
