Research is at the heart of GERRIC's mission to advance gifted education in Australia and internationally. For over 30 years, GERRIC has championed gifted education in Australia. Founded in 1991 by Emeritus Professor Miraca Gross and based within the Faculty of Arts, Design & Architecture at 91色情片 Sydney, GERRIC works in partnership with the School of Education to advance gifted education through research, professional learning for educators, programs for gifted students and engagement with the wider community.

Recognised nationally and internationally for its contributions to gifted education, GERRIC is distinctive in embedding gifted education as a compulsory component of initial teacher education. Our offerings include the highly regarded Mini-COGE workshops, enrichment programs for gifted students, seminars led by leading experts and postgraduate study pathways in gifted education through the School of Education.

Over the years, GERRIC has supported and inspired thousands of educators, students, parents, allied health professionals and schools. Through research-informed programs and meaningful learning experiences, we continue to nurture potential, build capability and foster excellence in gifted education.
