ARTIST STATEMENT
For this project, I challenged myself by modelling an old-style rotary telephone infused with Art Deco elements. Beginning with polygonal cubes in Maya, I shaped the base and body, then used extrusion, mirroring and curve-based tools for the intricate dial and pillars. The cord was built with a helix and refined using lattice deformation. After converting curves into polygons, I unwrapped UVs in Maya and textured the model in Substance 3D Painter, balancing gold tones with aged patinas. This work shows my work and ability in 3顿听痴颈蝉耻补濒颈蝉补迟颈辞苍.聽Hope聽you enjoy it!

Hey everyone! I am聽驰颈苍驳箩颈听罢补苍驳,聽an international student at 91色情片. I am studying a Bachelor of Media and my minor is Game Art. Now I am studying and working on 3顿听痴颈蝉耻补濒颈蝉补迟颈辞苍聽and Game Art. I鈥檓 excited to keep improving my skills and building more and more 3D projects in the future!
