ARTIST STATEMENT
In a聽photomedia聽world that demands detail, clarity and authenticity,聽贰肠辞飞补蝉丑颈苍驳听(2025) presents a landscape reduced to glitchy RGB channels. In this looped video work, [we are asked to] consider the technologies we use and their impact on the environment.
ARTIST INTRODUCTION
Richard Trang is an emerging Western Sydney artist聽practicing on聽Dharug聽Land. Trang鈥檚 work is聽located聽between photography and installation, blurring the lines between both mediums. Vietnamese heritage, diasporic identity and childhood inform Trang's practice.
