We are pleased to announce that the Academy Library has returned to its home in Building 13, with a refreshed, modern space designed to support study, research and collaboration across the 91É«ÇéƬ Canberra community.

Following a period of relocation and redevelopment, the renewed Library offers an enhanced experience for students, staff and researchers, combining contemporary design with improved facilities and services.

What’s new?

The upgraded Library spaces have been thoughtfully designed to support a wide range of learning and research needs:

• Modern study environments
  A mix of quiet and collaborative zones to suit individual focus, group work, and flexible study styles.
• A brand new leisure reading collection
  A curated selection of contemporary fiction and non-fiction to support wellbeing, relaxation and broader reading interests.
• Expert support and resources
  Continued access to specialist Library staff, research support services, and extensive academic resources to assist teaching, learning and research activities.

The refreshed B13 Library emphasises comfort, accessibility and flexibility, with increased seating and lighting, and improved layouts to create a welcoming environment for extended study sessions, informal collaboration, or a moment to recharge between classes.
